Solid cherry 6-drawer dresser:

Recently completed. All cherry mostly with drawers made with pine drawer sides and plywood bottoms.

Drawers:

All of the drawers have cherry fronts with half-blind dovetails.

The dresser base:

The dresser rests a few inches above the floor on this simple cherry stand. The legs are all angled and feature pegged mortise and tenon joinery.

Hand cut half-blind and through dovetails hold all of this piece together.

Perhaps the most dovetails I have cut for a single piece of furniture. The dresser is finished with 2 coats of OSMO Polyx oil.

Solid cherry stand with angled mortise and tenon joinery.

The legs tilt outwards at 6 degrees side-to-side and front-to-back adding a little diversity to the work.
